Utterly and completely unprofessional and deceitful!!! I want to start off by saying I was not a client of Jane Lee team, I was the buyer of one of their listed homes. Unfortunately I'm limited in space to list all my complaints so I'll keep it short. When we inquired about what appeared to be water damage coming from the ceiling their office stated that it was "soda that shot up to the ceiling", after our purchase we found out that it was in fact as we suspected, luckily we got it in writing an are considering legal recourse. They moved very slow throughout the process and took very long to answer or provide any information to the point where we almost walked away from the sale. I would imagine that's something that our sellers as well as any other seller would not appreciate, loosing a sale because their representing office doesn't move promptly. At one point no one from their office was getting back to us and our agent called their office and asked for Jane Lee, our agent was told by one of Lee's staff member that she is never to contact Jane Lee directly or bother her. Seriously?!?! How arrogant and condescending is that!!! After ALL parties got the opportunity to come in and remove any and all belongings during the final walkthrough the day AFTER our closing we were contacted and asked to return their staging items that are in OUR HOUSE!!! How unprofessional for a "professional" business to go back to us buyers AFTER THE CLOSING and ask for decor items that we were under the assumption were left by the owners at this point because they were not picked up by Jane Lee's office when the opportunity was there!!! What was more upsetting is when I asked to speak with Jane Lee or an office manager to express my dissatisfaction my request was not honored! My advice... If you are looking at one of their listed homes make sure your home inspector documents...

Jane Lee and the Jane Lee Team did a fantastic job of selling my house. It took less than two weeks from the day when I first contacted her to the day that we accepted the offer. I was so impressed by their professional expertise and execution efficiency. And her team did all the work from setting the price, deciding what to fix/polish, hiring and scheduling people to work, to staging and photographing the house, and marketing the house. I didn’t need to do anything but just agreed to what they recommended. I don’t think anyone else can do better than her team. Here I just wanted to highlight a few of things which, I think, make her team the No. 1 Re/Max team: Jane knows the market so well and set the right price which is much higher than what I expected, and it was sold at the price; Jane knew exactly what the key things that we need to fix/polish with the least amount of cost before putting the house on the market; Cristian did a fantastic job of hiring the right people and scheduling them very nicely to get the work done so quickly; Doreen did an amazing job of staging the house; Jackie and Katerina did an excellent job of photographing, marketing and finally selling the house. I never thought that I could sell my house so fast and so smoothly in a time at the end of house-selling season. Obviously, it is because of Jane and her team. Team Jane Lee is everything you need to sell/buy your home. We hired Jane after interviewing 4 top realters in preparation of downsizing, ~6 months prior to our intended on-market date. Our goal was to sell quick with as little trouble as possible and ensure a reasonable price on the house, while downsizing to the next smaller dream home. The Jane Lee team guided and helped us throughout the entire process covering all aspects you can think of including fixing around, hiding clusters, staging the house - we needed big help here, contract negotiation, etc.

We had open houses every single weekend till we finally went under contract (in a couple of weeks). They even helped us to sell some personal items to the buyer. The seller home warranty that they offer to luxurious home owners are really helpful to fix some issues identified during home inspection. Sandra as our seller transaction manager and Valerie as the buyer agent both helped out greatly coordinating the deals. We ended up closing both properties on the same day and everything went through very well smoothly.
