Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The two boys working outright refused to help us with something they 100% could help with as confirmed by the GOOD AT&T store I finally ended up at in Vernon hills. It was the most bizarre and rude experience I have ever had. One boy was sort of getting around to helping us, signing into his iPad and beginning to ask what brought us in when the other boy I assume the manager on duty literally called out to the boy working with us and said NOPE NOPE CANT DO IT shaking his head like he was trying to evade a swarm of mosquitoes. I can only assume they were too eager to go back outside and finish their joint we clearly interrupted. They outright refused to allow us to log into our account. I couldn’t even tell you the reason why because it defies logic. I heard through the grapevine that these boys are notorious for refusing service from the jump. I don’t know how they are still employed when it’s apparently a well known fact that the boy working on Thursday April 25 at 4pm. I would give a name but they declined to inform us of names, they were too focused on shoving us out the door. I will not ever come back to this store and I will do my very best to ensure no one else goes and has to be treated so disrespectfully. These boys could not care less about the customers. I’m not sure who is the head of the store but why they still have these boys employed is beyond me. How does a store stay open with employees turning away customers left and right. The kicker was as we were leaving another couple came in and we overheard these boys do the same thing to them! Don’t go to this store unless you just feel like window shopping not talking to anyone and being shoved out the door within the same 5 minutes of coming in. The store was completely empty when we walked in as well so it’s not like they were swamped with work. He was disappointed that I'd not purchased my recent i phone 11 from this location, yet failed to realize that we (family of 5) have patronized At&T Lake Bluff for quite a while. His partner was kind and helpful in transitioning my info from old phone to new....very informative and kind. After purchasing a case for the new phone I made sure to let the nice gentleman that helped me know how much I appreciated his help and that I/we would be back. Also mentioned that I was perplexed by the "owner's" bad manners. The "owner" over-heard ....then confronted me, ...asked that I leave "his" store. His parting words were that he would photograph my car license plate. ...

The representative helping me was Amy and she was very attentive and knowledgeable and patient. I was helped immediately my two times in the store. I needed to order my phone because it's brand new but it showed up earlier than expected. I would highly recommend the store and Amy to anyone else looking for a new phone or something else from this...
