Darn shame, I have been recommending this company to family, friends and coworkers for their impressive selection of accessories. I am all about supporting local and while I could get parts a little cheaper on line wanted to keep my business in the area. I needed a new rail to work with a suppressor on an existing upper and being busy with work I did not want to take the time to install it myself. I purchased a rail and left two uppers to have threaded flash hiders installed. There was a wait so I left the work to be done, leaving my phone number to let me know when my things were ready. After receiving my uppers noticed the threads on the flash hider were covered by the new rail preventing me from mounting anything. Obviously, I should have researched better but I would think that the experts would be able to help direct me in the right direction. I also found that all the accessories ($60 value) were not included with the box. I retuned this morning to try to find a solution and was informed that I would not be offered any return option (no refund, not even with restock fee) because the rail was now considered “used” and an “open box”. The only option offered to correct the issue was for me to purchase another new rail and have that installed. Lastly, I had to ask for my accessories which were conveniently behind the work area. if anyone has any interest in accessories, I would recommend amazon or online because at least there you will have an option to return the items if they aren’t what you needed and since you will not be getting any direction or advice in your selection that will help you from making a mistake with your purchase. I will now be informing everyone of what they can expect and recommending they spend their money and time elsewhere.

Hands down the best Firearm shop in the Lake Charles/Moss Bluff area!! Absolutely Love the staff and feel they are more like personal friends than just random gun store acquaintances. The owners have always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just down right good people! I live in Deridder LA and while there is one shop about 5 mins from my house, I will gladly drive 45 mins further to go to DTS tactical. In my experience they have always been fairly priced and know how to make their customers feel comfortable and welcome in their shop and I am happy to give them my business when I'm in the market for anything firearm related. Great little gun store. They have an excellent selection of AR rifle lowers and accessories. It's nice to be able to put your hands on something before you buy it. Hard to do that online.

Their pricing on new and used guns is on par with other good stores, and lower than a lot of others. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly. The gun selection is decent for a store this size. Several long guns, shotguns, and pistols are always on display. Occasionally you will see a consignment gun on the shelf too.

FFL transfers are only $20 here too. I've used this store many times for online firearms purchases by having them shipped to the store. Too many FFL's charge $40 or more...
