Burger King — Restaurant in Louisiana

2 days in a row. Ordered Whopper with cheese and mayo only, 2 orders of cheese sticks, and a medium vanilla shake on my first day. I paid and received shake and was told to pull forward so I did. Waited.....waited.....waited, put car in park and went inside which defeats the purpose of DRIVE THRU! Waited again behind patrons placing order inside. Rudely they asked are you the mozzarella sticks. I replied that was part of my order. She handed me a bag with 2 packs of 4each mozzarella sticks only. I asked where the rest of my order was and she grabbed another bag and exhaled shoved it my direction. I already received my shake thank heavens or I might have been wearing it next! Next visit very next day, I saw different workers. I ordered again Whopper with cheese and mayo only, 2 orders of cheese sticks, and a medium onion ring. They tell me to pull forward for my total at the window. I wait at the window at least 3-5 minutes before they come to give me my total. They tell me my total and I pay I get my change but no receipt and the door closes as she walks away. I wait 5-10 more minutes. They hand me my order and I check it. Burger, onion rings correct. The 2 orders of cheese sticks.....hmmmmm 1 box of 5? I told them I thought they came in 4 pks like I ordered the previous day. And I specified I requested 2 not one! She said well she only charged you for 1. I told them forget it if you cant get this right. I ordered with 1 lady and the one that punched in the order while I watched at the window did it wrong, she was a different lady. If you cant remember an order work in the line making the orders not taking them. Customer service is out the window at this location. With few places in Westlake to eat you have to take what you can get even if it means...

My husband ordered at the drive thru. 1- Whopper no cheese by itself, 1- Whopper with cheese no tomato combo meal large with onion rings and large sprite, and 2- plain and dry cheeseburgers. He got home and we were given the wrong food. He received a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with jalapeños and all the set up including tomatoes with so much mustard and peppers on it he didn't even eat two bites of it and the onion rings were so hard they just crumbled to pieces and looked like they had been reheated in the grease to get them hot. He was asked to pull forward and waited a good 20 minutes for the order to be brought out to him. This is not the first bad experience that we have had there. We tried to give it another chance since the last time we visited there they lost our order and came out to our car and asked us what we got, but two out of two times both being awful experiences we doubt we'll go back. Burger King is one of our favorite burger places but this one has...

Went to the drive-thru and there was a car in front of me and that's it, just the two of us in the drive thru. It took about 5 minutes for the truck in front of me then when I drove up to the window the lady said take a minute and look at the menu, which means wait... I looked at the time when she said that and it took her 5 minutes to come back on and tell me to place my order.... if there were only 2 of us in thr drive thru why did it take so long to take my order.. I ordered some cheese tots and she rudely told me that they didn't have that, so because of her rudeness and the wait that I shouldn't have waited, I left... while I was leaving I noticed that they had the truck in front of me pulled up Stull waiting on food. Smh. Something has to give. Customer service has to get better. This is by far the worst establishment...
