I don't even know why I come here at this point. When I first walked in, 4 people were on the clock and standing around the counter eating (chips, cookies, something with marinara sauce)... cool. No problem. Just give me my online order. Well it wasn't ready, again, no big deal, I'll wait. I could tell there was a new person on the line so I gave the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited. The manager was right there so I was hoping the order would be done correctly... but alas. Here I am. Giving a one star review.
Now before I go into the sandwich, I want to say I worked at Subway before and know exactly how everything should be done.... and this wasn't even close.
None of my sandwiches were toasted, all ingredient portions were either too much or barely anything there... but the worst part is that the bacon was very undercooked. It was not placed in the microwave OR the toaster but just thrown on the sandwich off of the line.
To solve this I am unsure what to do. I spent $40 on this food to possibly make me sick and I don't think I can contact the manager because she is the one who allowed it to go out like that.

Unfortunately we found out at the register that they do not honor any coupons, not even online specials. The workers said they would get fired if they honored a coupon. I told them they should have a sign that says that and they replied that the owner pulls them down if they put a sign up to alert people. 3 footlongs $37. Bye bye pretty new Subway.    Read moreThey need adults in duty. I used to be a regular customer at this subway a long time ago. But now the service is too terrible and stressful that I do not want to deal with it. I stopped by 3 days ago to get a sandwich for a friend and there were three young girls working. I ordered a meatball sub. A young boy behind me orders the same. Three separate times I told the girl our sandwiches were not together and I did not know him, yet she still rang me up for both. I had to calmly and slowly explain it one more time to her.
