I’ve been going to this smoke shop for about two years. Ever since they opened with new management, I was a little hesitant but I decided to give it a try. It was good in the beginning, I go to the smoke shop every other day and would always get the young nice guy, then I started to notice a woman working there and when I would purchase my backwoods and I decided to start to conversations to find out who she was, I started to notice the owner’s daughter(the woman) skimping me a dollar every time I purchased grape backwoods. I let her do it twice to confirm that she was stealing from me and the next day (May 3,2024), I purchased backwoods from the guy in the early afternoon and I waited for her to go on shift and purchased them from her. She Charged me and paid for it and stood there and confronted her about it and she started to stutter and instead of taking accountability, she blamed it on her lazy eye. She gave me my $1 back and I told her “no worries and just pointed out it was weird since you’ve done this to me more than 3 times “and I caught her on her game. With water pipes, if you don't like the way it works AFTER YOU USE IT, why would we take back a used water pipe.. think about that. I mean really. And as far as vapes go, first off we don't make the vapes. We allow every customer the chance to test the vape in the store before they leave, as we should. If the vape doesn't work in the shop when you tes it then we will absolutely give you another one. Now we do sell discounted disposable vapes, and they are "buy at your own risk" products. We explain that its kinda like buying a Lotto ticket. Sometimes you get a great product for a great price, sometimes you get a bad one. We are sorry that sometimes products don't work but understand that you are buying a discounted product and on those discounted products we do not take returns. Read moreThe young Lady that works there is honestly the most pleasant... with her professional greeting to every customer... she not only says "Hello, Welcome" she makes eye contact with a genuine smile... I'm new to the area and I could see she had some regular customers and she was so attentive to my unfamiliarity to some products and she would allow me to brows while waiting on customers and check on me and answered my questions no matter how ignorant lol... So ya it's a long drawn out review, and it should be... with everything going on its nice to have someone be genuinely respectful, helpful, educated on inventory and all around just good at...
