I bought my husband a pair of glasses (they sold me the display) for Fathers Day at Irvine Specdrum. When he opened his gift this morning from the original oakley box, he noticed a small scratch on the lenses. We decided to have lunch at the spectrum and bring them back to the original store.
The Oakley store REFUSED to give me a refund, or exchange then. The manager was beyond disrespectful on Father’s Day and said there was nothing he could do.
As a kid who grew up wearing Oakley and now run a business, it’s sad to see a good brand go bad. I will never purchase another school backpack or sunglasses for my kid, or any further products for my husband. I hope a pair of $200 sunglasses was worth loosing a customer for many more years or...

I held a in store event in July for the Junior Rodeo World Finals Qualifiers from the State of Oregon to compete for the World Championships in Las Vegas this past week. The agreement between the organization and Oakley that the kids would come in and sign autographs and learn about the products July 31-Aug 2 from 11-2 and 20% of sales would be donated back to them. Guess what, I received a message from the organization just the other day that Oakley had failed to send any money to these kids to help with costs. Absolutely disgusting!!!
