I see some reviews claiming the LP are racist, not true, just ridiculous. I had LP hover over me as I rang up one item, they watched me do it, then demanded to validate a receipt.

When I refused as this was asinine, I was followed to the front and told I have to use the cashiers from now on. SPeaking to the manager, same thing, this is our policy. Called customer service, same attitude, this is our policy................well, it's not mine.

During this same time, a lady walked out after waiting 10 minutes to be rung up with like 13 items, but no cashier was available, they were busy on the floor, but hey, they got like 3 LP people running around. Maybe your store would do better if you tried something called customer service and ringing people up.

For those that dont know, the Federal courts have ruled. When you pay for an item, it is yours, unless it is a membership store, they have no legal right to validate your receipt or see anything, your contract is done.

A store does have the right to detain you pending an investigation, but, if nothing is found, enjoy the check your attorney will be getting you on the civil suit.

And for the record, teh federal courts have stated, refusal to show a receipt is not grounds for detaining someone.

Now personally, I dont care about the receipt check, but when you stand over me when I ring it up, then demand it, forget it.

And when the store and customer service now tells me I have to use, I am sorry, invitied to only use, the cashiers from now on...........that says a ton about the company. And when the customer service department tells you that yes, they will hover over you, I can find other places to...

2 things that I don't like about this store is

1. The lines are always crowded every time I walk in the store, not to mention there's not enough cashiers and some of the cashiers are PAINFULLY SLOW, the cashiers and the store manager don't even pay attention to the customers while waiting in line when we waited forever and the workers alongside the store manager have failed miserably on customer service. What a disgrace.

2. There's NO large set of RESTROOMS for guys and girls. There's olny one small UNI RESTROOM in the back of the store and the Clothing Organizer that works there is always pounding on the door rushing out customers from the UNI RESTROOM for the next bathroom users waiting in line, how unprofessional..... and its ridiculous.

It's been more than a decade and ROSS hasn't changed much as is supposed to, we're in 2018 and going on to the future.... make the changes NOW!

How do U run a clothing store and have a small UNI RESTROOM whenever there's dozens and dozens of customers waiting in line to use the restroom, I'm like in my head whoever build the shopping center including the ROSS store is an idiot cause if U have lots of space in the store then there would be lots of customers shopping.

I suggest that ROSS and the owner of the building get together and expand the space of store to the left of the back parking lot so the construction workers would make room to build a large set of restrooms for guys and girls. The ROSS store and the shopping center needs whole...

I gave this store one star due to the unfair stereotype treatment that was given to my friend and I as we shopped and checked out. On Monday December 2, 2024, my friend and I decided to shop there and when when were checking out, the Loss prevention guy singled only the two of us who was the only African Americans people ringing our items up. He walked to where we were and looked directly behind me as if I had items hidden to steal. I looked at him and ask, is everything ok? He ignored me and kept watching us. After we finished checking out and paying for our items, as we were walking to the have our receipt checked, have the sensor removed and bagged he demanded the female who we went to, give it to him to handled, which she did. Then he thoroughly went through every item to see if we stole anything. My friend and I are in our sixties, retired, owned several homes and travels a bit. And just because the color of our skin, we are treated like criminals. So, I just want to reach out to my fellow African Americans, please be aware of this location due to a harsh stereotype and unfair treatment because you are not like them. This has got to STOP!!! I will not return to that location and I will continue to pass it on to others so they won’t have to subject...
