Mattress Firm Lake Forest — Hotel in Lake Forest

Christal was fantastic on the phone! She was excited to help me and invited me into the store to help. Unfortunately, she was not in the store to help when I came in, instead it was the area manager, Diane who customer service was not nearly as warm and cozy as a mattress should be. She didn’t smile once and felt inconvenienced to help. I walked in knowing exactly what I had wanted, the ticket was in the system with all my preferences from Christal. However, the whole buying process took an hour from sitting down with Diane. The system glitched where it took my payment from my account but did not clear in their system. Diane called her IT team in which she unprofessionally was complaining about the IT to me. We then had to call the bank to clear the authorization and rerun the payment. There was no apologizes or acknowledgement but rather complains about the system. Overall terrible customer service from Diane which is really disappointing considering this...

Our mattress and adjustable base was delivered today by the team of Jose and his co-worker Jose. Yes, J&J! They were precise, professional and kind. Very skilled, courteous and expedient. The value of the products, skilled of the sales personnel and the delivery team was highly appreciated 👏. Recommended

Great location, good selection and very knowledgeable staff. I was shopping with my wife and we were helped by Diane, who also happens to be the branch manager. No high pressure sales here, just questions about our sleeping preferences, current bed satisfaction and comparison of some store models. Diane gave us a great deal on a new adjustable base and a top tier mattress.

I recommend asking about their clearance deals and the 0% APR for 36mo financing option. With purchases like beds, i.e. things that you'll use for hours and hours every single day, I think it's useful to consider the daily value you're getting rather than the total price tag; e.g. if you assume your bed will last 5 years, then every $1825 you spend is really just $1 a day ... How much is a good night's sleep...
