I purchase a flight certificate as a gift in December 2022. Finally booked a flight for August 2023, after several attempts. That flight was canceled due to weather conditions, which I understand. I was asked to wait until January '24 to reschedule. After several calls and emails without a response, I requested a refund. (I don't believe that I should have to chase a company to get a response.) John agreed to refund me, which I believe was the right thing to do. Five weeks later, and after many more unreturned emails and messages requesting an update on the status of the check, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Perhaps John will respond to them.
All I can say is buyer beware!!!!
