The most helpful and honest dealership I've ever been to, motorcycle or automotive. I bought my '09 XL1200N (first Harley) from a private party that was near the dealership and Jane there helped with the sellers assist program at absolutely no charge!! It was so complicated because the seller had a loan through Harley... she did the legwork to find out how to transfer it and did all the paperwork for us. A sales guy came over and asked me if I would be interested in looking at some used bikes they had on the showroom, but he was very polite when I said it was already a done deal. When we finished the paperwork I had my bike serviced there and the service department was equally as honest and very friendly.. made me feel welcome and like I wanted to come back!

What's even more astounding is now that I have my bike I called to order some parts, expecting to pay list price or just over what Harley lists on their website for MSRP, but I didn't care because they helped me before I was willing to pay extra to go through them. Bob in the parts department not only gave me the parts at 10% under MSRP, but also didn't charge shipping to get them there. I called other dealerships and all I could find is list price + shipping.

Luke the Sales Manager was very thorough in going over the bike with me. He’s extremely friendly and approachable. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done smoothly. Tom the Finance Manager is very efficient. He stayed after closing to get everything completed on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. It was a painless process to get financed through Harley. They were able to get my new bike add ons done the same day! My wife shopped their clothing and accessory section and she mentioned Jody was super nice and helpful, as well. I want to give a big shout out to CFHD. We were on our annual Memorial Weekend ride when on Saturday morning I had a rear wheel bearing that decided to detonate. We were actually closer another dealer (RLHD) who we called first The Service Dept told me that there is only one tech in and he was leaving in like an hour and a half. Don't know if we can get it done.. Definitely got the don't bother us vibe We immediately called CFHD and they said bring it in and we'll take care of you. We were able to limp the bike in (doubtful that I'd made another mile or two) and within 10 minutes the bike was on the lift It's not like they weren't busy either. Within an hour we were back on our way. They went out of their way to help someone who was from out of the area. They made us feel like part of the Harley family.
