The manager here refused to sell me an item because it had a small chip. It was a blunt chip, so no way to cut yourself. 3 of us ran our finger over it and nobody was injured, but she refused to sell it to me and this was something I was buying to put next to my brothers ashes who passed away recently at a young age. I told her this when I called to ask again if she would sell it to me and she was very indifferent. She told me it was already in the dumpster. It's really sad to know this beautiful crystal will now end up in a landfill where it will sit and never deteriorate. When I went in to return them and the cashier asked if anything was wrong with them I said yeah the bottoms are self cut and he said oh yeah it looks like they are.
