Received wrong floral arragement that my daughter ordered for me on Mothers Day, the flowers were beautiful that I received but it was nothing close to what she paid for. I contacted the Florist same day and was told they were too busy with Mothers Day orders and would contact me on Monday. Which it was Saturday when I received the bouquet. I had no issue waiting until Monday. On Monday I did get a call back to address the complaint, which I was actually only asking for the correct order. I was told they had to pick up the arrangement I had and then they would make me a new one with Fresh Flowers. I actually stopped into the Florist to show them the picture of what I received and what my daughter informed she ordered, which was a deluxe arrangement by Telaflora. I was told it's store policy to pick up the one I had before they could correct there error. I had no problem, but couldn't believe they couldn't just pick it up at the same time of replacement. A Gentleman informed the Florist they could make an exception and the Florist stated they didn't have the correct vase for the arrangement that was paid for, but the Gentleman told her they would do there best to fill the order correctly. We'll Tuesday I recvd the replacement and rather than receiving the Deluxe arrangement I recvd the standard. Flowers are beautiful but the service of quality of what your ordering and actually receiving is not acceptable. Beware of what you order and pay for. Read moreI placed an order for flowers for my Mom in the hospital unexpectedly. There was a mixup in the delivery and the hospital said to send to the wrong floor. The flowers didn’t fare well. But I emailed Lady Di and told them what happened. They not only made it right they sent a brand new bouquet to my Mom at home! I was so touched and impressed by their kindness and giving me a new bouquet! This past weekend they went above & beyond! After a couple of attempts to deliver (my mom is always on the go) they called me twice to let me know they were unable to deliver.
