Legendz Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

First time here and wow! What a stellar experience. Alissa was our server and she was freaking amazing. My husband and I travel alot and since he's a sports betting consultant, he's always watching sports and often likes to go to sports bars to do so. Being that he was a server in his younger years, he has a high standard and expectation of service becuase he gave his all while serving customers. He's very critical but also an exceptional tipper when provided with quality service. Anyway, as soon as we walked in, he requested to have a few games put on TVs and Alissa was happy to assist and easily put the games on with her tablet. I can't tell you how many sports bars are ill-equipped in this department and the servers or bar tenders don't even know how to get the games on the TVs. The fact she did it so quickly and seamlessly earned this place a lot of points with him. Then we had amazing service!! Alissa was amazing. I can't tell you how many people in the service industry suck at their jobs. She was prompt with serving us and meeting all of our requests - and with a friendly attitude and smile. The food was great too! He's been to at least 100 sports bars this past year and has been more disappointed than not with quality service and food at various sports bars across the country. We were stunned at the amazing low price for the quality food we received. We will definitely be coming back here again and often. Thanks for giving us a stellar experience...

I have been visiting Havasu for 16 years and have owned a second home here for 8 years. During all this time, I have never experienced such disrespect as I did at this establishment. My friends and I were kicked out of the bar and blacklisted from all other associated bars without any valid reason. When I asked for clarification, the bouncer said it was because our friend lit a cigarette inside.

I was extremely confused and asked him to check the cameras to verify the incident, but he was extremely rude and called me a “dumbass.” I was completely sober and respectful during the entire interaction, yet he treated us poorly just because he was in charge that night.

As a business owner, I take pride in treating my customers with absolute respect. Customers should always come first. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this review and reconsiders their choice of employees and their training. You are nothing without your customers. I will be posting this review on every platform possible to ensure the owner will see my reviews and rethink his employ choice or employee training. A business is nothing without customers. 1 star since zero isn't an option. Took 15 minutes to get a drink order in. Then 15 more to receive. No apology for the 30 minute wait. Great start. Asked for a couple minutes to enjoy a few sips before food order. 20 min later no one stopped back so went and tracked down waiter for food order. To be safe also put in next drink order. To clarify reminded waiter my drink was signature Margarita, no salt. I received gut rot house triple sec Margarita WITH salt. Awesome. Leave drink untouched. Time to leave and the bill had 4 errors. Initially questioned me and didn't admit to errors. Acted as if doing me a favor to correct bill. 10 minutes later brings check back with some errors still there. Finally went and had someone else run the check. Other nice touch of this "Sports bar" is the huge projector screen. The projector is the centerpiece of the room showing the same game as TVs next to it...except that the projector is on a 3 second delay to the TVs surrounding it. Awesome all around!

The promise of a free night out could not get me to ever set foot in this place again.
