Ronnie, the manager, was rude and condescending not just to the adults at the table but also our 3 children. For some reason she was taking tables, took her 5 minutes to great us, brought our 10 yo daughter cups with lids “because she was so short” then the rudeness started when we asked her to put our daughters drink in a regular cup. After dropping off our drinks, Ronnie informed us “she will be back in a while to take our order” 15 minutes later she returned and was extremely rude to our 11 yo son. He asked for a part of his breakfast on the side and she preceded to ask him “what you want everything on the side?” In such a rude way that I then stepped in and asked what the issue was and asked why she was being rude to us and our kids. She states “you were rude first “ at which point I asked for the manager and she loudly and proudly informed me she was a manager. I then asked for a new server. I don’t recall her name but she was EXCELLENT and save the experience for my family. We have been coming here for years and this treatment was appalling. We would like to be in contact with Linda or any of the upper management to address how their manager is treat...

This wasn't the worst but I certainly wouldnt come here again. When we walked in they said it was seat your self style, so we went to the only clean table in the restaurant and sat down. They then came up to us a few minutes later and told us another party expected that table and we needed to move to another one. Which fine, but why is your restaurant self seating when you clearly need to manage seating?

They also didnt give us enough menus for everyone at our table so we did have to request those.

Youll also need to be prepared for an extremely loud atmosphere. If peaceful is your thing I would not recommend coming here. You absolutely have to talk loudly just to be heard by other table members, let alone staff.

Overall the place seemed pretty clean. Its clear their ducts need to be serviced due to visible dust but otherwise seemed fine. An odd thing youll notice though is the amount of bread they throw out for seemingly no reason? They had a mid sized trashcan just full of bread? I couldn't figure out why.

So not terrible but food and atmosphere are definitely mid. If you want something worth coming back to in lake havasu I wouldnt...

Your kidding me right. !!! How in the world does this place even stay open. What a joke. Came here on super bowl Sunday at 130. Was ignored for like 10 mins to get seated. Then finally asked to be seated by the hostess. Sat down. Decided just to come here for the pancakes. 20 year receipe. Lol. We order and the lady says their our of pancakes. Lmfao. Are u kidding me. What restaurant runs out of pancakes that are so famous. Lol. So lame. Tons of kids walking around doing nothing. The cooks look like jail birds or fresh juvinilles that just got out of the Slammer. Always Listening to their headphones more then working. The place is dirty. Kitchen is dirty. We order our food and get swap meet quality food at best. BLT was garbage. The fries cold and reheated and junk. The Italian garbage. Just some low quality meats thrown together and melted with cheeses. Mozzarella sticks. Ok but sauce was old and burnt and looked like chili. The service was mediocre. Pastrami was ok but hardly any meat. This place is a complete joke. 54$ for what!!! Junk. Havasu...

Lake Havasu City is about 3.5 hours from Phoenix (3 hours from Flagstaff, 5 hours from Tucson), and is located on the beautiful Lake Havasu along the Colorado River. This town offers numerous activities year round, and has been one of our favorite getaway spots! Here is a quick list of places we’ve enjoyed. What To Do: Lake Havasu Museum of History (free) Walk across London Bridge (free) Visit a couple of the 28 lighthouse replicas (free) Rotary Community Park/Skatepark - beach access too (free) Lake Havasu City Aquatic Center Mesquite Park splash pad (free) Hike SARA’s Crack, mini slot canyon (free) Explore at Bill Williams Rive National Wildlife Refuge (free) Explore at Castle Rock (free) Also, it’s not cheap ($500/4hrs), but if you can swing a boat rental, HIGHLY recommend this adventure! Edit Update 10/17/24... came back for lunch. It sucked. The meat was a joke on my sandwich, and it was made with the wrong bread. It's pretty sad that there are no decent places to dine here in Havasu. The order was incorrect, and the waitress was too engrossed in conversing with the others at the register. By the time she bothered to come back, my wife was pretty much done. People order things a certain way, all you have to do is provide a service... you can't even do that. I still love your chicken fried steak, too bad I'll never come back for it. Great food. The best we've had for breakfast in Lake Havasu. The service was good, but not great, and the atmospere is far too loud. Due to the food, though, we will be back! Best Chicken Fried Steak in Havasu!

I had the rib eye steak and eggs. The steak was cooked prefectly and seasoned well. I prefer more seasoning on my home fries but otherwise they had a nice crispy outside and soft inside. My fiance had the bloody mary which has grated parmesan. Sounded great until you realize drinking parmesan into the straw clogsthings up a bit and it really didn't add to the bloody mary. Great try though. I don't recall our server's name but she was friendly and overall a good server. Seating is a bit limited. You are allowed to seat yourself which may mean a couple can take a table meant for a party of 6. They may want to reconsider that small part.
