DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE THEY DID MINE! Hour late for a simple stereo install, “hide the wires.” After being late and having to borrow my ladder to dig around in the attic (making a fiberglass mess in my hallway) the installer told me the job was impossible to do. Left me and the fiberglass mess. After calling his boss I was told that the installer received instructions from me to leave. After explaining to the “boss” Dennis this was not true, he informed me that they actually can’t do the install without “make my ceiling look like Swiss cheese” I agreed to allow them to go ahead and continue with install as I have a drywall repair guy lined up to come repair in the am. Finally got living room TV hooked up. Keith also got bedroom one hooked up so picture was clear. But still on converter box. Spent several thousand dollars on a complete audio video system for my home. System turned out GREAT! Six years later my $600 subwoofer quit working. Sound Bank Electronics was absolutely NO help what so ever! One of their techs suggested that maybe it's a blown fuse. NO, there are no serviceable parts on this subwoofer.
