This place is the best kept secret with anything to do with mattresses!! Melanie was amazing and she knows more about mattresses and sleep than anyone around, guaranteed!!

Whether buying your first mattress (like me) or buying your 50th (hopefully not), you will learn a thing or two about the sleep industry and what is really important.

This place makes their own top of the line mattresses and is guaranteed a much lower price than other companies because they don’t outsource them to other companies!!

When at the Lake Mary store, Melanie helped my wife and I understand the ins and outs of the industry and what is necessary when buying and caring for a mattress.

It was a stress free time, and we were not awkwardly trying out beds while worrying about people trying to sell us something or ask us any questions. We’ve been to many stores like that and it is a turn off. Well, it won’t be at the Original Mattress Factory!!

My experience with Melanie was tremendous! I needed a new mattress for my son and Melanie went to the trouble of finding out whether or not it was available, calling me promptly when she said she would and getting it delivered right on time. She called ahead of time to let me know my delivery window and made the whole transaction very smooth. An issue came up as a result of my mis-measuring, no fault of the original mattress factory‘s. I have a bed that is an odd size and when the mattress came and didn’t fit, I was overwhelmed at what to do. The delivery drivers were so accommodating and Melanie rectified the issue right away with complete understanding. I have done business with the original mattress factory in both Kissimmee and Lake Mary and can honestly say that, in dealing with dozens of trades over the course of building a new home, the original mattress factory has exceeded any customer service I have received. We had recently bought a high end bed in a box from CA (organic etc etc) and after having it only a few months it was already breaking down. With our backs in pain and desperate to find some help we started looking locally. We visited one other local chain and found very limited options. We did some research on OMF and headed over to our local store. We are so glad we did! First of all Melanie is an awesome salesperson! She was excellent on educating us on the quality of the mattresses, the history of the company and the many options available(a double sided mattress was something we wanted but is rare these days). We had great service in the store, with delivery and we are backs are so much happier. You will not find a sale or "deals" but after the bed in a box store gave us a refund we still only spent half of that and it will last us sooo much longer!
