The workers and the owner Christian brindesi were lying to me the whole 1month about my son's laptop. I don't wish even my worst enemies to go there and be cheated. First they said it may take 1wk for the parts to come in and another 1 more week to repair. It was my son's school laptop and I was very happy to hear that. After 2wks when I called they said that they are waiting on some more parts to come and another 1 more wk After 1wk when I called they said that they are still waiting on parts. One day I received a text from Techy saying that my laptop is ready to pick up. I called them before I go and they said that someone else picked it up. I am panicking by this time and asked my husband and daughter and both said no. So I called them back again and they said that they will call me back. After 30mts they called me back and said that they got confused with my HP laptop and someone else. Now 1month pass by and I am either calling or emailing the owner Christian brindesi every week. Finally yesterday,(09/10/2021) he emailed me that my laptop is ready to pick up. When I went to the store, the store guy was wondering why I am there. The owner lied to me and didn't even contact the store to find out about my laptop. The guy told me that he needs 15-20 mts to finish and said ok and waited in Walmart. After an hr I went back and now the guy is saying that he has to order some more parts. Can anyone assume what was going on. A bunch of lies. I asked my laptop back and refund my money. I couldn't believe that my laptop was untouched. It was just sitting there for a month. I went through a lot of stress and frustration and felt cheated completely. If they would have told me that they cannot repair it I would have happily went somewhere else. My poor son waited all this month for nothing. Please nobody go there. They don't understand us consumers. They are there to not help but play with our mind with bunch of lies. I really wish if consumer court will take them seriously for lying...
Read moreSo I came in with a for a new sceen and i bought a used battery for $225... I immediately had problems with the screen, It wouldnt stop flashing(meaning it was a cheap chinese replacement). Screen never did stop flashing. If I had a medical condition to strobing lights I would had a seizure for sure. Long story short dropped it less than three feet while inside an otterbox box case on it, and the screen breaks, and although I have never had a screen break before, the screen has stopped working in the past and when someone has replaced a screen for me, they've thrown in a screen protector. Guess Jay didn't want to extend me that courtesy, He only made $200 in profit selling me Chinese garbage that never worked in the first place, and a used battery(Also, A RIP OFF) that barely had any life in it. I have to charge it up like three times a day, it will go through a whole battery 3 times a day now. With that said I Honestly liked Jay alot, But I didnt like the end result. Now im basically in the same shitty situation I was before, with an actual broken screen. BUYER BEWARE you wont be getting quality replacements for your hard earned money, You'll be getting the cheapest Chinese crap at very expensive prices. I gave him an oppurtunity to make it right and did not to take it, and wanted to charge me $120 dollars to replace the faulty screen he gave me in the first place, all to give me another Cheap POS Incell screen($5-$10 tops) meaning he's charging me $110 dollars for 10 mins of his time to change a screen.. FYI LAKE PARK TECHY , MY FRAME IS NOT CRACKED LIKE THE TECH KEEP SAYING AND TRYING TO CHARGE ME EXTRA MONEY AND NEVER FIXED THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM, ONLY TO CAUSE MORE DAMAGE! !! I brought my phone here for a side button repair. It took them extra , extra time that day, to do the repair and the returned my phone with a loose back, wireless charger not working, vibration not working , side buttons not working, can't enable face ID, ALL the same reason's I first brought it in there. ALL HAPPENING IN LESS THAN 24HRS OF fixing it!. I then asked for a manager, was totally ignored, I then asked for the corporate number they said very rudely "I don't know" & then they turned away. After returning the phone for a 3rd time to repair , the front counter person now says it's an frame problem and they can replace it for $120.00. Needless to say I am now weeks into trying to communicate with the corporate office & weeks later with getting the run around, still phone NOT Working and I am loosing out with my business. As my phone is a source of keeping my employees & managing of my business in order.
