Everyone at Lake Saint LouisJewelers was/is extremely professional, and their concern for customer satisfaction is exemplary.

I called LSL Jewelers less than 4 weeks ago to see if they could make a custom wedding ring for my wedding, which was 7 weeks away. Their normal turn around time is 4-8 weeks. I went in to talk with them and show them exactly what I wanted. The NEXT DAY they sent me a digital image of the exact design I requested. As soon as I gave them the "Yes, let's do this!" they began working on my ring. 3.5 WEEKS later, YES, THREE and a HALF WEEKS later, they informed me that my wedding ring was ready. I went to pick it up and it was EXACTLY what I had asked for and the ring was GORGEOUS! EXCELLENT craftsmanship and each and every one of the ladies there went ABOVE AND BEYOND to create my wedding ring. This is definitely my new go to for any jewelry needs.

I recently had an old turquoise and silver pendant from the Seventies cleaned, and I purchased a new chain for it. It was a tarnished mess when I brought it in. They did a wonderful job of shining it up, and didn’t damage what used to be my grandmothers necklace.

They did such a good job with that piece, that I brought in a small diamond set in gold ring for a cleaning that my father recently gave to me. It also is a family piece, as my mother gave it to my father in the mid-seventies, and he wore it as a wedding ring. It’s a treasured piece for me. At the shop they pointed out that the little claspy things that hold the diamond were becoming worn, and if they were not fixed, there was a good chance of the gem falling out. So, they fixed that, and gave it a beautiful shine of a cleaning. They are so easy to deal with, and were very nice to me, as I really know nothing about the fine jewelry business. I would definitely go back and do business with them.

Their new store is beautiful, there are many sparkly things in the showcases, and the owner/manager is a very comfortable person...

I will not choose to go to another jeweler for anything I need. 26+ years ago my dad, now deceased, got me a gold herring bone necklace for a graduation gift. Wednesday morning, after letting one of my older girls wear it (and not putting it back like I should have), I found it in the hands of my 4 year old, being twisted and twirled. I was devastated. I took it here on the recommendation of 2 other friends and was told it wasn't repairable. As I cried my eyes out and after we talked about options to do with it, I left it in the hands of Sarah and Melanie. Today I they said they had "some things" to show me. I assumed ideas for what we would be able to make with it. I got there and the "things" was just a single thing. My necklace repaired. Melanie took the time to repair it before opting for some of the other things Sarah and I discussed being possibly able to do. It now has a few new "memory spots" that likely few, if any, aside from me will notice. I cannot say enough thanks or offer enough gratitude to these...
