Customer service is the worst and food is no longer good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have always ordered from this restaurant because they are close and advertise in the local coupon books that are circulated that they "accept all competitor coupons", when feeding a family this is important. Every time we order from this restaurant we use 20% off total purchase coupons from their competitors (when food is $36 for a family, that saves a lot of money), and we have never had an issue. This evening my husband went in and handed the cashier the coupon, per usual.She swiped his card first, coupon in hand, and then told my husband that they can DO NOT accept competitor coupons, only their own, but she had given him a 10% discount. That is terrible business to change the rules without telling us, and to run the card before telling him is absurd
Read moreThis is specifically for the Lake St. Louis, MO location. There was an incident (a couple years ago) where they put boiling hot orange sauce in a Styrofoam container. The sides of the container melted and blew out the sides, a complete mess. All I asked was for free sauce on the next order (pennies), since the person had no sauce for their dish that night, and it was granted. Next time when picking up, I asked for a plastic bag (again pennies) to keep the food hot on my 20 minute drive. I was told NO!, again (pennies) for about a 40$ order and the girl was extremely snotty about it. Do yourself a favor, order from the St. Peters location. Emoyees are awesome. Their chicken is not more breading than chicken, and a different breading that is crisp. Quality is twice as good, with no snotty kids refusing to give a customer a cheap plastic bag to keep their food warm. Both locations for me are about the same distance, and only about 10 minutes apart. Trust me, the St. Peters location can't be beat. Their is a reason for their difference in ratings. The lake location is about 3.5 stars, St. Peters location is 4.5. Drive the extra 10 minutes, you won't be sorry. Thank you so much for making me turn to your competitor. No looking back. Read moreOrdered for the 1st time ever by using their website. Ordering from it was very easy and straight forward. You can even set it up for a specific time to have it ready for you. I did that and then went to pick up my order. It was not ready and they hadn't even started the order, and YES, they did have my order. They advertise FREE side orders of either 4 crab rangoon OR 2 egg rolls if spending over $20 bucks. Well I was spending over that amount so I checked the appropriate box to receive that into my order. Well it was missing when they handed my order to me. So I then asked about it. Rather than correct the order, the young Asian girl decided to argue about it by saying that I did not input that into my order. Then she grabs her cell phone and pulls up my order to prove that she was the right.... Come on!! ...This is something that they clearly advertise as a giveaway anyway. Luckily the young man at the counter intervened and told me that he will get my order corrected in just a few minutes. I waited and received my FREE item.
After that, I will never return... GOOD RIDANCE.. My money will...
