Lake Stevens Landing — Local services in Lake Stevens

I love that there is now a Starbucks closer to Granite falls than having to drive up the road and wait in line at the Frontier Village one, or walk into the Safeway, Haggen, or Target Starbucks.

I also have utilized the AM/PM, clerk was super friendly, fuel filling area was clean and tidy. I recommend it.

Not completely sure how to judge area, looks to be a good amount of businesses going in. People seem to have driving issues in lake stevens. I dont really have any issues for the most part there are a lot of bad to inexperienced drivers that's for sure, a round a bout isn't that hard...

This is a new area north of Lake Stevens. It looks like they are going to develop several restaurants or fast food places here. There is a Starbucks here already. The only issue with this location is the little bit difficult to get...
