Waited over 20 minutes to get my drink. As there was people who ordered after me and before me got their drinks in a way faster manner than I, however the drink was placed till the very end due to the complicity of it, which is no excuse. Mind it was just a frappe. Shame on this Starbucks for using the excuse as their new and learning processes. Thatās not how to treat customers especially when drive thru drinks were their number one priority. Spoke with Megan, I believe she was the supervisor on shift and was very frustrating because she was like āI can give you this card for your inconvenienceāā¦ā¦ wait, it gets even better, a BIG OLE $4 credit towards your next purchase. Last I checked theirs hardly any items if any on their menu thatās less than $4⦠given the fact my drink was equivalent to $5.45. This Starbucks locations should be ashamed of their customer service standards and really need to revisit and think of their priorities and processes. No one should ever have to wait more than 5 minutes at a non peak time of their day. I wanted to stop by and check out this new location since itās within walking distance of my house. But give in the GRAND first impression of how they treat their customers is a SMACK to the face. Until they manage to get their processes under control, I highly recommend you stop at the next most convenient location to get the Starbucks service you want. This last time, I downloaded the app thinking maybe the reason they couldn't be bothered to make our drinks without multiple prompts was because we were ordering in-person. (The cashier certainly seemed annoyed by the inconvenience of customers placing an order at the register.) It still took 30 minutes to get our drinks, so be sure not to park in their 5-minute pick up parking, that's quite the joke. In each of our experiences at this location, it has taken over 20 minutes to get our coffee, we have had to ask multiple times for items, staff generally seems unhappy to be there. My daughter was charged $10.20 for a grande latte and when I asked for a receipt to figure out why, they could not produce one for me. When I told the clerk it was supposed to be a hot drink she said "well it's kinda warm still" expecting me to just take the luke-warm watered down abomination. I had to INSIST that they remake it.
