Griffco Supply — Local services in Lake Township

I ordered a desk plate and immediatly i wrote to them to change the color. I got a response saying they will let their team know of the change. The next day i get a confirmation it was sent out but it was in the wrong color combination. Again i reached out to let them know they shipped the wrong color and to please send the correct one. I also made several phone calls and a woman called back stating she will check on which one was shipped out and would call me right back. She never called back. I haven't received the product yet and hopefully its the correct one and if not i will dispute the charge. Their customer service is absolutly horrible and will never deal with them again. What is so hard with checking on which one sent out and sending me an email...

For our JO Volleyball Club with 4 and 40+ players, we were in a time-crunch to order awards and medals for our End of Season Banquet. I contacted GriffCo less than a week before the event (my fault and delay), and they were INCREDIBLE in delivering a quality product (plaques and medals for our awards ceremony) in a very short amount of time. They were able to customize these products using our club logo and choices of fonts. The price was more than fair - we got a great deal and did not have to pay extra for the "speed" or quick turnaround we needed. Everything was ready and even delivered to us before the banquet. My friend was making a trophy for our fraternity outing, and had trouble finding anyone to provide the trophy title plate and winners’ nameplate. I called Grifco and Josh was able to provide exactly what we were looking for and turned them out in very short time (which was critical to meet the mounting of the plates prior to the outing presentation). The finished plates were excellent and exceeded my expectations.
