Every time I try this Papa John's, it sets a new standard for the worst customer service. More than once, I wondered if I was on a hidden camera show and the aggressively unfriendly staff was trying to provoke a reaction for laughs. Tonight, it took an hour and a half to make a large, two-topping pizza. I waited for about 30 minutes in the lobby while they ignored customer after customer. No "it'll just be a few more minutes" or "sorry about your wait." Just pure neglect until someone could be bothered to look at you and shout, "name?" after ten minutes...if you were lucky. I live three minutes from this location and like the pizza. But I'm done with it. I'll happily drive 20 minutes to the nearest other location to get a modicum of decency in customer service. Oh, and to add insult to injury? No garlic sauce or pepper. Again. Wish I could say I'm surprised. But I'll not waste another minute in that dismal and depressing place to return and...
Read moreJust got an order for someone else. Immediately called. Was told the delivery guy is on his way with the correct pizza. I asked what would be done with the incorrect pizza. I was told "we will deliver it to the correct person" Are you kidding me! How would you like getting a pizza that was delivered to the wrong person, picked up and taken to the correct person? I for one am disgusted by it. I then talked to the manager, she said that has never happened, we would never do that, and I was just fishing for a free pizza. Or you kidding me. I never said anything about a free pizza. She was the rudest person I have ever talked to. I have never been talked to like that before. Do you know if your pizza was delivered to another house, only have it redelivered to you??? It is your choice to risk that, as for me I will never order from them again. I will be contacting the health dept tomorrow and the Better...
Read moreThe customer service has been consistently lacking here over the last few months, but tonight was the worst I've seen it. I waited for more than five minutes in the drive thru with no one so much as acknowledging me or making eye contact. Tried knocking on the window and honking, but got nothing. Finally, a woman comes to the window and acts like everything is normal. Only after I asked about the delay did I get an explanation that they had a system issue. No problem, but I suggested next time they at least acknowledge the customer and tell them it's going to be a few minutes. She rolled her eyes at me. Is it really so much to ask that they say "Hi, we've got a system issue but we'll back in a few minutes" instead of deliberately ignoring someone for longer than...
