Hometown Car Wash — Local services in Lake Township

I mistakenly inserted 2 five dollar bills simultaneously and the reader read only one . It prompted me to enter 5 more dollars. I pressed refund and it only gave me back 5$. I was able to contact the owner by calling the number clearly posted. To my surprise they responded and are sending me a gift card for the $5 I lost in the machine. I frequent this car wash often and honestly didn’t expect them to make it right but they did and I want everyone to know what an upstanding establishment they run at the Hometown Car Wash on Cleveland Avenue by BP. Hometown car wash has always been a wonderful experience. The wash is great, the people who own and operate it are quality folks, and the service is unmatched. I had a small situation occur on Sunday and the sign told me to call/text, which I did. Within 2 minutes, I had a response (while he was sitting in church) with clear directions. Not only did they solve my issue, they went above and beyond in a generous way.
