First, the venue: Sofive is a wonderful environment to enjoy playing soccer with friends, where you may also watch professional soccer matches, all at the same venue; my favorite part of the experience is enjoying the full bar while watching a match, or just having a drink for the fun of it!
The bartenders: The bartenders of Sofive are amazing, very friendly and real pros! Definitely not what you would expect from a typical sports venue where usually it's the owner's second cousin or some NPC type serving maybe one or two kinds of lame beer... But not here at Sofive. Full bar with outstanding service!
One GREAT bartender: Last visit I was impressed by Julia, one of the bartenders there, naturally she takes very great care of her customers. But she's also fast, friendly and legit funny. Very refreshing attitude. She was cracking jokes, while serving drinks, and it was really refreshing to be served by a bartender who actually seemed to enjoy their work and customers- which made the whole experience more enjoyable! Chicago service industry seen better days in recent history, but Julia approaches every customer with a friendly demeanor and a professional attitude that unfortunately is seldom seen any longer these days. She really reminded me what great service felt like and who would have thought I would have found that at a soccer venue!
So this place is awesome. You're going to love the people there. You're going to love the games and the matches. I mean it's just a really awesome experience to have here in Chicago now and I'm really glad I heard about it and checked it out......

I work with an organization that caters to middle-age people that have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The client that I work with found this facility on Google. We live an hour from this facility, but we drove here just the same because my client was very eager to see this place. When we got here, Abby allowed us to look around before the facility got crowded. Once things got crowded, we departed. However, my client liked what he saw and asked to come back the following week. We came back and we were welcomed by Abby once more. I asked Abby if she would mind if we looked around for a second time until one of the coaches arrived so my client and I could see whether or not my client could get involved in one of the classes. We are presently waiting to talk to once of the coaches. I am very grateful that Abby has been so accommodating to us. Crossing our fingers that we can find a place for my...
Read moreSoFive is probably the worst thing to happen in Chicago, ruined the Chitown fields and now “recently renovated” the fields at this location yet, there’s no goal lines whatsoever, not even a half way line, as soon as you step onto the field you can tell it is cheap turf, not even leveled bc there are parts of the field that have little sink holes and bumps. Yet they still up their prices on drinks and food. Don’t waste your...
