Called in to inquire on services, spoke with John. I decided to take laptop in for diagnosis. While in the shop, saw a printer, asked questions about output and extra tray, John had information and pricing for extra accessories as well as the cost of ink for the printer on the spot-Impressive! Called me within an hour of leaving to advise the problem with the laptop, then also provided information on printers currently available on the market that match precisely with what I'm looking for-Very helpful information, additionally impressive! I approved the repair and within an hour, had the laptop fully repaired and ready to go for an incredibly reasonable price-WOW! John made sure I was set up and ready to go before I left. Thoroughly impressed with the amount of knowledge, willingness to help beyond the repair I came in for, speed of service, and professionalism displayed. My experience with MTEKZ Computers is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with any company. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was excellent. I first told Josh Maximovich my needs and what I was looking for in a laptop. I took his recommendation, and then Jon Myers did the migration from my tower. Jon wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the migration before I signed off. He gave me all the time I wanted and put no pressure on me. Even after I paid for the computer and service, Jon was very available and responded to my emails very promptly. It's now been several months, and Josh's recommendation has turned to be exactly right. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend MTEKZ Computers to anyone looking for anything...

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Ridiculously overpriced!!! Tech came to my house, said my drive had shut down and needed to be repaired. Took my desktop back to the shop for repair. Each time I called, the estimate kept going up! Three days later, "repairs" were completed. Put in a "newer" drive (the owner said I would be amazed at how much faster my computer would be...WRONG!) and my computer is now slower than it was ever before! Charged $500 just to "retrieve" my files! Said certain programs I had were no longer "Compatible" and they had to install new programs! Long story short...I was charged $1,280 for repairs!!! (I could buy 2 decent computers for that kind of money!) Will NEVER do business there again, nor would I advise anyone else to do business with...
