Puckers Sports Pub & Grille — Restaurant in Ohio

Let me first start by saying I’ve been a customer of puckers ever since I moved back to Ohio in 2015. Up until probably two years ago I love the place. Great food and service. Kelly was 100% the best bartender in Northeast Ohio. Let’s talk about the the last two or so years. I have limited my time there there by only stopping in every few months. The reason I’ve limited my time is due to the rudeness of the managers as well as the serving staff. The other problem I’ve had in the past few years is they close early all the time, they hardly ever go by there posted hours. I have felt the quality of service has for sure gone down hill. Now let’s fast forward to tonight. I promise you I will never step foot in puckers again after my experience tonight. We decide to go there for a late night bite to eat. Once we arrive 2 hours before the posited close time and 1 hour before the kitchen closes we get greeted by our server. We sat and ordered our drinks ams then was told that they are slow so we need to place our order soon because the kitchen will be closing early. We completely understand that they were slow and completely understand that they were closing the kitchen early. During this whole interaction I feel that the server was just flat out rude to us, enough that I mentioned it to our party that she must have had a long night. She Saco es back with our drinks and takes our orders. 2 minutes after taking our orders the manager comes over and states that our server told him that we threw our menus at her and I threw my Id at her. He then stated that we need to not treat his servers that way. Let me tell you that we were nice to our server and even put all the menus in a pile for her. After that interaction they dropped off our food and bill, not once asked for another drink or if we needed anything. Then as we were finishing our meals and paid which was 40 minutes before closing they decided to shut the lights off on our side of the bar… no where else. Obviously they wanted us to leave.

To sum up the story we just came in for some food and a couple of drinks. Greeted by a rude server, then treated completely unacceptable by the manager then to just be pushed out by shutting the lights out on the half of the seating section we were in.

By far would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Not worth your...

Let me tell you. I went in for a chicken sandwich and fries. I received no napkins and the manager came over and said you could of ask. Gets better the owner came over and said you was being disruptive. The table next to me said what didn't even know he was there. Owner threaten me with calling the sheriff and called me names. I have lived and service north Canton establishment and please do not show up at Puckers..Not good​. Owners said you don't live in North Canton you are not welcome here. My wife ask for ranch dressing for her salad and was told wow you are pick it. You or I should never set foot in this North Canton dump. Owner would not give his name. I paid for total bill and gave the server a 20 percent tip. I felt bad for her. They​ blamed her for everything.. go...

It was 2 PM on a Saturday and pretty much empty. After renewing my ID next door at the BMV, I wanted to grab a drink while I waited for my ride home and not only did they ask to see my ID just to sit at the bar, but I sat for 15 minutes until the bartender finally asked me what I wanted and checked my ID TWO MORE TIMES before serving me. My friend joined me and ordered a Moscow mule and they charged 8 bucks for something made with bottom shelf vodka. After we finished we waited probably half an hour with empty cups until the bartender asked us if we were finished. I was not seated and did not order food so I cannot speak for that part but the bar service here is terrible and things are overpriced for being just a sports pub with...
