The OUTLET CENTER at Northeast Factory Direct — Local services in North Canton

All I can say is this has been a nightmare.Every cabinet delivered late by the way is..Number one,not square,finished chipped and dirty,scratched.The bathroom vanity has drawer glides that are installed so crooked the drawers will not open.The cabinets were so bad that I called the store in Canton,Ohio and demanded the Manager come to my home and look for himself.He did and admited not one of the cabinets were worth installing.I have been waiting for an answer of resolution for over a week.All in all I have months of time invested in this job for a 93 year and 89 year old man and women who just happen to be my mother and father .I'm not a rookie,in fact a Union Carpenter.I fully realize mistakes happen...but every cabinet damaged in some shape or form.Then there is the waiting with cabinets in my way.The manager of the store Matt has been nothing but professional and awesome and promised a resolution to this...
