WIC Grocery — Local services in Lake Township

I did my daughter a favor and picked up formula and baby food for my grandson. I first called to make sure they had the formula, phone call was so so. But from the time I pulled up customer service was impeccable. Getting out of my car the security Lady greeted me asked if I was needed assistance. Upon walking in I was greeted by the two people up front. It was my first time ever coming so I didn’t know the process. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and polite. Although located in Englewood this Catholic charities location is the best one I've been to. I work in the area so I go to this one as often as I can. They let you take the buggy's outside to load your groceries to the car, other places don't. They are always well stocked and cleaned. I think I've only came across one worker who was not so friendly lol but it happens. Sometimes parking can be a hassle but if people parked nicely it would work out better. This isn't my regular office. I will say the staff was helpful NOT the security though. I'm not sure if the people at my office just goes above and beyond but the security on 71st street will offer assistance with your cart upon entering and exiting. This location did not.
