I came in to order at this Chipotle yesterday. A woman working behind the counter kept repeating cards only while I was in line like she knew me. So I gestured yes with my head so she would stop announcing that...smh. I order 3 steak tacos. One was hard shell, two soft shell. For some reason the lady that was preparing my order became distracted after she made a comment to her male coworker about something he had did wrong regarding another customer. At this point I'm becoming concerned because I really don't like people talking over my food. So I interrupted their conversation until I was done telling her how to prepare my order but she proceeds to talk to her male coworker again. At this point I watch her wrap my tacos & then I walk off to the register. So I did not see her put the tacos in the bag. While I was at the register they finally brought over my bag right before my payment. I got home I only had one soft shell and one hard shell steak taco. But she made three tacos in front of me I saw that part cause I instructed her how to prepare my tacos. So what happened between the time I turned my back to walk to the register to pay after that?! Now when I called them about the matter they only offered to replace the one taco that was missing and told me to bring back my receipt. Too many inconveniences. Not respecting the customer time & having conversations over the customers food while preparing it & taking the customers food is not gonna work. I understand this is the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago but Chipotle needs to do better with their staffing. I can't believe this is the way they do business & I can't believe I have to come back to Chipotle over one taco missing from...
Read moreYou must pick your Chipotle's restaurant. They all don't operate the same. I've had a worse experience with the one on 87th of the Dan Ryan. They never have food ready for you to select your items. We had to to pay for the salad dressing and lemon slices. I was very surprised. The workers there are sloppy, they allowed, and just simply rude is cashier. This goes for the same as the one on right off on 95th and Western. I thought I was at a party when I was there the young lady's there had major attitudes you ask her I said what is the which item usually goes into the burrito bowl. She gave me major attitude so at that point I was afraid to get the food. I would not go to neither one of these to Chipotle's restaurants. Some of my friends have complained about the same thing. I went ahead and venture out again within my neighborhood so I went to the one on 63rd and Halsted. Great results the employees was on point their security guard was working all safety measures wearing the mask and ensuring that customer that come in and out with their mask on. Be selective. I usually go to the Chipotle's on the downtown area where I work at. I never encountered the problems that I've had now since we doing the covid-19 the Chipotle's employees. Wish...
Read moreI wish I could give a “no star” rating. Let’s start with the service, horrible! The staff is rude, they don’t even address you, they just look at you and point. I didn’t hear one of the gentlemen making my order ask if I wanted beans and when my friend pointed this out to me, the employee was rolling his eyes and annoyed. The fountain drink machine had two pop flavors out of order, when I filled my cup up with what was supposed to be Coke, i realized it was diet. I then tried the Root Beer and it was Mr. Pibb. I made the staff aware and asked if I could have a bottled Coke as the machine was out of order. Another employee jumped in the conversation and said there was nothing wrong with the machine and they wouldn’t be able to give me another drink. She turned her body towards another employee and pretty much ignored me. Then the security guard decided to intervene and explain the machine was fine. This was the worst service I have encountered at a Chipotle. The store was filthy and the trash cans were overflowing. The staff was beyond rude and should’ve accommodated me instead of...
