The drive thru as well as the lobby service is extremely slow and 6646 South Halsted in Chicago. Here's a five-member crew but only two of them seem if if they're working that's the young lady working the drive-thru and the manager the other three crew members are moving slower than molasses. Ubereats drivers then actually waited 40 minutes 4 the food they were there to pick up and drive-thru is so slow with transfer field different orders that's from the time that I walked into the time that I walked out the car that was at the end of the drive-thru line was now just being serviced as I was leaving.I know we as consumers expect fast food to be fast but it should never be this slow. The crew could have worked together a little bit better. My cashier sings if she had an attitude I didn't want to be at work she walked and moved extremely slow with everything she did from the time and she took my order until she gave it out to me restrict approximately 30 minutes all I ordered was a number one.    Read moreMy schedule ran late on the day I visited. This saw me and my partner at this location around midnight. The line was very long. A customer was being very particular and the team working spent about ten minutes on them alone. The six cars ahead took that long to clear up. Woman in the store was polite and apologized, made sure we got everything. The low rating is for the atmosphere outside. Several guys walking set up near the entrance asking for money or pestering you for cigarettes if you have them. It's not fun to deal with and it is unsafe for the workers. They have bars on the drive thru window, like so many fast food places have to, in the area....
