
This has been, HANDS DOWNNN, the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. I came to this furniture store and purchased a bedroom set on 08/29. I asked for it to be delivered on 9/12. It is now 10/17. 7 WEEKS LATER, and I am still missing pieces from a 3 piece bedroom set. I have been reaching out constantly and still have yet to receive my order. The owner has been giving me the run around and saying the warehouse doesn’t have my pieces available yet. I have requested a refund multiple times but I keep getting push back. The owner lied and said he would just order me a different piece but I still haven’t received it. It was never ordered. I would be patient if the owner had a little more communication skills. Every time we have spoken it is because I reached out. I don’t know what to do at this point. My next step is calling the police. 0/10 recommend this place. Please save yourself the trouble and stay FAR AWAY...
