Ok 1st the Blonde that is normally cashiering is point blank Nasty & has no buisness in Customer service what so ever, she's rude from the time you walk-in until the time that you walk out. I'm pretty sure that the business is family owned and she's the daughter of the old guy that looks like he owns the place so more than likely she's Daddy's Little princess and she's not going anywhere but she has to understand that not everybody that walks into her establishment is a junkie or a crackhead or however she stereotypes them because she definitely does, also I've been in the area for a couple of months I go into the liquor store often to purchase 99 cent RC there's been several occasions probably close to a dozen where there's been 5 or 10 or 11 cents left over and I tell them to keep the change today I was $0.02 short if the total was a dollar $1.12 & I was $0.02 short and this ugly person of a human being speaking of the blonde wouldn let me go with dollar 10 I had to walk home and get the $0.02 and come back and then when I came back I made the statement about how many times I've done that and I'm sure countless others Have done that I was speaking to the older gentleman but she was behind me up in I guess their office or whatever it is so she spoke up and she tells me that sir all the extra change that is left over goes towards leukemia patients the funny part is why isn't there a jar at the register saying leukemia patients where is this jar at I never seen one and I've been in and out of there at least 20 times yeah so if they care anything about what their customers think this situation should be rectified if she's going to continue to be a cashier there she should have to go and take classes on how to deal with people hospitality classes how to deal with customers because she has no training when it comes to that just by her mouth she's proven that so yeah if you're reading this I would pass up on that liquor store because from now on that's what I'll be doing there's plenty enough stores in this area that you can go and get soda probably cheaper well no cheaper than what most of their stuff is in there and that particular liquor store so and if you don't want to be treated like a crackhead or a junkie because you're not yeah I advise you to go elsewhere.& They most definitely Fuel the crime on Argyle St.,they know it &...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Immediately after entering I was stared down by the female cashier and by the older white man, who continued to stare me down while looking through the products. While looking at the fridges, I was approached in an extremely rude manner by the older white man. He got in my face without any introduction and used a snarky tone to tell me that “if I leave the door open like that Im going to let all of the cold air out”. Mind you I had been looking for less than 5 minutes. I tell him I was trying to read the labels on the drinks to make a purchase and he continues to push back on me and tried to lead me to another part of the store in which I decided to leave due to feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected as an adult. I saw another reviewer say they had the same experience with the fridges so this is clearly a pattern. It was a truly weird and...
Read moreTerrible Experience – Don't Bother! I've never encountered such rude customer service in my life. The staff here clearly don't understand the first thing about hospitality. I was genuinely shocked when an employee got visibly angry and gave me a ton of attitude just because I opened the refrigerator a few times to look at items. Seriously? In a store? It's like they expected me to have x-ray vision to see what was inside without opening the door. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and made for an incredibly uncomfortable shopping experience. I won't be returning, and I'd advise anyone else to steer clear if you want to avoid being treated like an inconvenience. There are plenty of other stores where you can browse freely without...
