The Chinese girl is always rude for no reason. I can't say that all the customer service is bad because the Caucasian lady with silver hair that wears glasses always so nice and goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with my order. The Chinese girl told me that I was bad I don't understand why because I didn't threaten her or anything I just wanted my orders to be correct. Her and her husband came out to see what vehicle I drove and I felt threatened. My husband and I have been looking for a seafood market that sells conch. So very disappointed. We bought about $40 worth of conch and 2lbs of catfish fillets. We spent about $70. Once we got home and thawed the conch out, it was filled with mold and freezer burnt. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. Like how are you even able to sell this to your customers. The food administration needs to look at the pictures that I took of the conch from this place someone is going to end up terribly sick from food posing. Never will I go here again.
