So, I'm a little confused about the fact this taco bell has 4 star. Im guessing tonight was just a bad night. Well I came in a few min after 8 pm. There were 2 people at the counter waiting for their food. There was nobody at any of the registers so I went to the order kiosk. I placed my order. I picked 3 food items from the menu and one of the icey drinks. About 10 min later I was still waiting. Several more people came in. An employee came out and locked the front door and anounced to everyone"if your not ordering you need to leave" then wanllked back in the kitchen. This didn't bother me but I thought the way he went about it was kinda rude. Another 5 min went by and they had only served 1 person. There were at least 10 of us waiting at this point. A delivery driver came in and was upset and needed to speak to a manager.... At the 32 min mark I was brought my food. She dropped it on the counter and went to walk away. I didn't get my drink. I said I needed it. She asked what it was and I told her. She then looked at me and said "we don't even sell that. I'm thinking it's on the computer and I just ordered it.... This was very rude the way she went about this. I mean I literally placed the order on their computer.... I picked another and left. I got home and realized of the 4 items I only got 2.... Read moreTwice now I tried using the new Taco Bell mobile app because of the 10% discount it offered & because it is marketed as a time saver. My experience (at least with this location) has been nothing short of a joke. It appears that the employees are not trained to know what to do when receiving an order from the mobile app. The first time I received my order and someone else’s in the drive through. Didn’t even realize it until I got back to work and started unwrapping my food. The second time using the app was today …and will probably be my last. It was frustrating to say the least… Bear in mind the whole premise of using the app is to save you time by having the order ready for you in the pick-up window when you arrive, skipping the line of those waiting to pay & order. Today, I went inside due to the long drive-through line and I waited no-less than 20 minutes! Literally made me late back to work. Time saver it is not. This location did not apologize, they did not try to make it right and they didnt even try to make sure I left happy. I could have asked for the manager who was nowhere to be seen, but it would have made me even more late. It was filthy inside, I couldn't find a single trash can anywhere so everyone was leaving their trash on the tables. Poor experience all the way...
