They seemed very nice but I was ultimately unhappy with the quality of my phone repair. I dropped my phone off on a Tuesday to have the screen replaced and was told it would be one price and to come back in 2 hours. I came back 3 hours later and it wasn't repaired. I finally came back about 5 hours after the initial drop off to pick it up. The screen was defective. I immediately returned it to them and was told they would let me know when it was repaired. I was told Wednesday afternoon it was ready. When I went to pick it up the features didn't work and the display was different. My husband went in to straighten it out and he was told that I was offered the aftermarket screen or the factory parts and choose the aftermarket parts. Which was a lie I had no idea that for the original quoted price I was getting inferior product. Ultimately he turned the phone in again to get a feature repaired. We finally were notified about 30min to close on Friday the phone was done and picked it up Saturday. I'm still not thrilled with the work as the display is slightly different and my front camera is poor quality due to the poor quality screen. The employees always seemed nice but I wish they would have been clear originally about the aftermarket screen and time that was needed to repair it. You should always be clear and straightforward with customers. The technician ensured that everything was just right, going through my applications with a fine-tooth comb to ensure they were all installed and functioning properly. He ran through my list of apps, checking off each one. Next, he ensured that my contacts had been transferred and that they were functioning properly too. Then, he moved into the realm of settings. The store was tidy, and the layout was such that I could easily navigate through its selection of accessories. I had never been to the store before, and I would certainly return if I were looking for accessories or more devices in the future. They also had a few laptops on display. I left the store feeling good about my purchase and also very good about the customer service I had received. My most recent experience s few days ago was not that good. I took my iPad 10th gen 11â that wouldnât power on to this store and they had it for 3 weeks and did not fix it. Im not upset that it wasnât fixed⌠its the fact that they told me a couple days to diagnose. I called after a week or so to check in and was told that they still need more time. Called back a few days later and they still had no update. 18 days later, i felt was enough time so i called to get an update and they still had not diagnosed the problem.
