Sell N Fix — Local services in Lakeland

I talked to someone over the phone about bringing in my OLD yet broken ZTE phones the person I talked to never heard me out fully before saying bring them in when I brought them in he tells me they're too old but I could have sworn the store was called sell and fix so no matter how old they are you can still fix them and sell them or recycle the pieces but obviously he was too good for it because he told me they only take I phones idiot isnt realizing it's a profit for him too when you really look at it not everyone has money for top notch phones and some parents don't want their kids with a valuable phone that they can break so that Old phone comes in handy out maybe someone sees it and wants it for a second phone that's not too expensive just because it's not a big profit it's still a profit bringing money in and business because there's a lot of old broken phones out there that's hard to sell unless your in another state who thinks like what I said. I went in there yesterday to get some questions answered about whether or not my phone could be unlocked. I bought the phone at a pawn shop for my daughter and I was trying to put service on it through my own Verizon plan not through Sell N Fix. The guy that helped me is apparently the manager of the place, but he made the phone worse than it was before I got there. My daughter was able to text and call over WiFi before this guy doing whatever he did to the phone. Now, it says at&t under Carrier which is not what it said before, and now she can’t do anything. All I wanted to do was find out IF it could be unlocked. He stuck a SIM card in my phone and changed it completely. He told me it was for Boost, then Sprint, but the phone says at&t somehow.

I called today, less thank 24 hours after leaving that store, and the employee working today told me he doesn’t know what to say. What kind of standard is this of customer service? They’re treating me like I did this to the phone. If I knew how to do this I would’ve tried to unlock the damn thing...

Galaxy watch ultra for repair. Watch was supposed to be repaired due to a broken back glass, they replaced the glass and from then on the watch hasn't worked properly. I took the watch back to them and then they told me that the watch has liquid damage and corrosion. They told me they were not going to warranty the work because they told me the watch would no longer be waterproof. Because the seal had to be broken. The watch worked perfectly before replacing the glass. The whole purpose in paying to repair the watch was so I could wear the watch without damaging the watch for liquid damage. Who wants to have a watch you can't wear because of sweat totally destroying my watch is what ultimately happened by trusting the business to fix my watch properly and instead completely messed the watch up. I don't recommend using these people they do not stand behind their work and never told me the watch would not be waterproof otherwise I would not have had them fix it in the first place.
