Eastside Village Shopping Center — Local services in Lakeland

The store is very disgusting like it's so unorganized they allow people to just lay around outside which I don't mind homeless people. But every time you go in the store somebody's asking you for money or you see him sleeping by the door. Like that's not good for business so and it's dirty inside and out. They don't change the trash outside. You can't find things cuz everything's everywhere or not properly put up. They had boxes on roll carts that had been sitting there for 2 weeks because I've been in the store everyday literally everyday and the box is the same boxes was still there cuz I marked it with them marker to know still there. Never unpackaged this is why if you're not making money to you owners, the reason why is because you're associates are or looking on their phones instead of stalking the shelves. If I had a job a damn sure wouldn't be on my phone and or talking to associates about my night from the previous night or the weekend. I just recommend you don't go to this one. If you want to go to one, go to Grove Park. They are neat. The associates are very nice and they always have what you need that they carry. This is a place I use the most because in just this area you have and the outer edge of the parking lot you have hungry Howie's you have Dollar tree you have Harvey's grocery AKA Winn-Dixie.... You have a Chinese restaurant in a liquor store and it the outer edge of the parking lot is McDonald's and as soon as you pull out of their parking lot there's a Dollar general at the road not even a quarter of a mile so it's great convenience cuz if like the Dollar tree or Harvey's don't have it you can always check Dollar general...

Be careful in this parking lot - lanes are not marked well, there is a lot of commercial traffic like service vehicles, Rent-King, etc., and many homeless people in and around this shopping center. Generally dangerous parking lot vehicle to vehicle, or vehicle to pedestrian accidents.
