To the lady at register 2 on August 4th, around 9 oclock.(didn't see what her name was). Very disappointed at the way I was treated When returning something back at this store. I stood in line unnoticed for a few minutes and the cashier shouted something which I didn't understand, so I asked her what she said. She in a rude tone said "I said I can help you at register 2". I go to her register and she says in the most snerky way "hellooooo"? So in my face and loud. Then she looks at the product I was returning and made it seem like I stole something out of it. I replied with "if you don't believe me, go back and look at the other ones back there". Basically accused me of returning only part of the product or stealing it(even though I clearly had the receipt). Then she gets rude again and argues saying she never said that. But did! When you work in retail, costumer service is a must. She had no people skills what so ever. I've never been treated so rudely by anyone at a retail store. Everyone is usually very friendly at this marshalls. This lady had the most rotten attitude. Couldnt to find out she was super rude to my mom before too. Rather just drive the extra way to Eagan Marshalls after being treated like that. If you want business, treat people with respect. If not, just keep giving your costumers attitude with snerky comments. NEVER felt so disappointed and offended. Will be...

We had a new cashier who was very patient and excellent in her service to us. It was the heavier set woman with the short red brown hair (the manager apparently) who kept saying no, no matter what I said...so fine you don't want to honor your sale , I don't want the items then. I felt bad for the cashier as she had to manually enter the discount and also remove the items I decided to not buy.....ya great experience.... I then went to Kohl's to finish my shopping for Christmas presents (for a family party we are attending this coming wknd. Were another $275.00 was spent on items that actually wrang up the sale price they were advertised at. So I don't know you tell...
Read moreWent in after mask mandate was lifted on the 28th of May. They still have someone standing at the door with masks and hand sanitizer. I said "no thank you". Saw people wearing masks, saw people not wearing masks. 10 minutes later a very rbf woman came to us telling us of their very out dated policy. I would hate to work here with this woman and I will never shop here again. Micro managing, control seeking, snotty lil broad. After the news of Fauci saying that masks are irrelevant and always have been. Tj Maxx, Home Goods, Marshall's.... wake up! I could've spent $200 more if lil Hitler wasn't there. People working there are miserable! Go get a signing bonus...
