O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Lakeville

I've been to this location for 4 years now. I've always had great service, and their manager has always been such help. Last week, however, I met probably one of the most charismatic, enthusiastic employees ever. Duke welcomed me as I walked in, even though he was in the middle of something. He acknowledged me while serving a customer, then apologized to that customer for taking their time away. He asked what I needed, and I told him I thought I knew. He challenged me to see if I got the same product he would've recommended. The rapport and sense of pride he has in the store, and the industry, was evident. One of the best I've been assisted by, and I can't wait to continue...

Good place to get your auto parts from. Staff is younger except a couple people, but all are real friendly, helpful and most are knowledgeable when asking for recommendations on certain stuff. I also use O'riellys for work as well, but a different location. As for the web site, easy to order and pay on-line, and easy to pick up the purchases. For work purposes, I also use the Parts Interchange tab which helps a lot crossing from OEM to Aftermarket. Can't go wrong with O'Rielly's and have never had an issue with this location...

It's something about this company and I really dislike saying this ,however I don't think when ppl of color come in this place the non color employees looks at us different like why would we come there and more than one occasion my young son noticed it.
