First thing this is my first time ever to write a review I don’t ever feel it necessary to , but with this place I just had to it was a HORRIBLE experience. If I could give no stars I would, however to be able to write a review you have to leave at least 1. Walking in the door I was greeted by a older lady saying you only have 15 minutes my response was ok that’s fine I continue walking to the clothing rack to skim real quick another lady said no actually you only have 9min as the third lady (worker) responded well you should actually just need to get in line now. They were all so rude .I have never been bombarded by a group of ladies who volunteer to run a non profit store so rudely. I was ready to drop some money in that store they had some really cute things . The line wasn’t a that long and as I was browsing in my 9-15 min time frame i over heard a lady interested in buying a crystal punch bowl she found and the workers kept asking her are you sure you want that it’s 175 dollars the Customer responded yes I want it . One of the ladies rolled her eyes and shook her head because she was going to have to spend a little extra time to wrap it up in tissue . that is when I was like ok these people are FREAKING rude !!! What a shame they had good eye catching items but I will not be spending my hard earned cash at this place ever I’ll just support other thrift stores . Why volunteer if you don’t want to do the work just don’t sign...
Read moreVery rude store manager! My mother used to volunteer at this thrift shop, so asked me to donate belongings here. I checked their website, which states that they accept donations 10am-4pm on Mondays. So, I took off work and arrived about 3:50pm to make a donation of dozens of items of designer women's clothing. I talked to a volunteer when I arrived who told me to bring in my items. As I was unloading my car, a french woman came out and rudely stated that they were closed. She pointed to a sign outside the donation door that stated the hours were 10am-3:30pm. I explained that it was my first time there, that I was going by the donation hours stated on their website and that I'd taken off of work to make the donation. She just kept saying they were closed. Well, their loss - they could have made hundreds of dollars for their charity, but now the designer clothes and other items will be donated to a more worthy organization. I do NOT recommend this store for donations, certainly; but, if they treat those who wish to donate items rudely, then they probably treat shoppers...
Read moreToday was my first visit and I thoroughly enjoyed it! As someone who once managed a thrift shop, I thought it was organized beautifully and it’s obvious a lot of love and care goes into the operation of it. I thought the way they decorated the home section with different pieces for sale was an excellent way to show off and market the inventory. The prices seemed overall consistent. It was a clean thrift shop as well. My only complaint would be parking, I can see where that would get challenging as we had to circle around a few times before a spot opened up. There wasn’t much handicap accessible parking available either from what I recall. Overall, this is an...
