this was my second time going to this place, the lady who did my hair last time wasnt there… first off my hair isnt that long it doesnt go past my chest & I got charged $93 for a blowout. the most my hair costs if I get one is $65 - $75 …. & last time i went here thats what i was charged not almost $100. almost the entire time of the women doing my hair she is huffing & puffing like she didnt wanna do it.. I don’t understand why you do hair if you dont enjoy your job.. & btw i am mixed & have mixed girl hair. she was combing my hair from the root instead of the ends & ripping out my hair.. she burned me several times .. didnt feel welcomed at all but they wanted to take my money still & over charge me for an experience like that, Im never going back. zero customer service as well & judgmental comments were made in spanish & I could understand them.. but almost $100 for a blowout to not even be bone straight & i dont even have long hair is ridiculous. I try and support new businesses but this is exactly why its annoying to do so because you get taken advantage of & the service was trash .. my hair looks like it been blow dryed straight… I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK ! THEY OVERCHARGE & to be making sounds as your doing someones hair huffing & puffing like your annoyed when you work there is crazy . save your money & go...

I scheduled an appointment for hair, cut and color with highlights. Upon arrival the owner kept taking clients disregarding my appointment and her staff kept asking me to move while my highlights were setting so they could take on more customers: some staff even laughing because they kept making me move. My hair color turned out to be an orangutan orange as far as highlights: I had to get color correction paying $300 at another salon in addition to the $200 the owner charged me for a lack luster job done on my hair. I noticed she charged other clients much less. They have many regulars that are accustomed to paying low fees yet I was charged an arm and a leg for a job not well done. I would not recommend this salon and have no interest in returning. Time management and the focus on landing higher end clients like I are non existent. I walked in and ask for my braids to be taking out washed an re braid. Kathy did my hair up to the blow out and said nobody is here to braid my hair. This is misleading and not good for business. I specifically asked for these services before she started and she said yes. I feel like I was robbed and my hair isn't near done I asked if she could flat iron she said no give me more money. Instead she went back to blow drying a wig and coloring her own hair. This is disgusting I have been here multiple times over the years an never experience this service last time in.
