Authentic Kosher Chinese & Catering — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

(6:00) I Placed an order online and called back after 1½ hours(7:30) to see where it's holding, they said they haven't received an order from me and that I should let them know what I ordered and they would send it out promptly. (8:20)About an hour later after not receiving any order I called them and again they said the same thing: We haven't received an order from you. They then told me they would look into it and they put me on hold for at least half an hour I am still on hold with them while I am writing this review..... (9:00) After 40 minutes on hold they said the delivery is going out, and that I should receive me order "soon". It is now 9:30 and I haven't received my order, I'm trying to call them numerous times but there's no one to pick up the phone.

At 9:45 I finally received my order. It was missing an item and 2 of the items were wrong.

UPDATE: The owners response was a copy and paste from a different review, totally missing the point. If you're very busy then stop taking orders, there's no reason why it should say that I will receive my order within the hour when it actually arrived after nearly 4 hours of waiting. I haven't received an item and 2 of the items I ordered were wrong. The response from the owner just shows how much they really care about their customers.

The food is fair I'd rate it a really greasy fast food joint to grab Chinese if you're in a rush. I've had multiple mistakes on orders but they always reimburse. The cook has a attitude and is loud. However as far as kosher Chinese food in this area your choices are limited yet it's worth taking the 45 minute drive to another place for the better quality. This is a long standing old Chinese joint that has been in the area for a long time and because there is no kosher competition it's been let go in quality and environment. The owner is a nice older fellow but it doesn't look like renovations in the future. There is another Chinese kosher place nearby absolutely stay away from its infested at least this...

Been ordering from here for a long time but no longer. Food was sent to wrong address. When I called to inquire where it was and if it could be delivered to the correct address I was given extreme attitude and was charged for delivery for their mistake. Delivery person then went to wrong address again and had to be corrected once again. Finally received cold order 2 hours late and was missing items.
