Latin Bistro & Grill — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

Wasn't sure which Latin type of food was here until after I walked in and then realized it was Mexican food. It's a small festive looking place, fairly contemporary. Pretty good number of options on the menu. I ordered tacos.They were OK, nothing to write home about, nothing particularly notable. Usually you get a small salad but they opted to give slices of radish, which I did not care for. It was nice that they provided chips on the table with their sauces, but the chips were stale. This was a very happy surprise!

We were in Lakewood and wanted something quick to eat, and this place caught our eye.

The waitress was pleased that we spoke Spanish, though she had begun with some halting English - it feels like they don't see a whole lot of gringos here, which is why the food was authentic and delicious!

If you want great, authentic Mexican food that won't break the bank, do yourself a favor and stop in here!

I usually have lunch here. Love the Flautas (includes avocado and salad) and the Chicken Cesar Salad. They serve generous amount so you won't feel hungry after, like other places. The empanadas are also tasty. The employees are courteous and attentive. Have pics of both dishes which were fantastic and will post them later. If you're in the Lakewood, NJ area it is worth a go.
