I was at the store and picked up a hebrew name necklace for my granddaughter on Fri afternoon. My granddaughter came over when I got home and gave her the necklace Unfortunately the clasp would not open and it appeared to be broken. I went back to the store on Sun at 445pm as the store stated that it closes at 5pm. The door was locked and I knocked on the door. The owner yelled at me we are closed. I remained at the door until he finally opened the door and told him what I bought on Fri was defective and wanted me $ back. He was quick to tell me no refunds only a store credit. I told him the clasp was broken and he quickly told me that I broke it. He is terribly rude. He grabbed the necklace and went to the back and stated that it was stuck and it was fixed. I vowed to never walk into that store ever again. The owner has no idea about customer service. I wanted to get the refund on zsun as I work full time and would not be able to get back again till Frii. When I went to other shops in the shopping center other shop owners stated that they have also had many others customers complain about how they are treated at this store. Went to get a necklace repaired, I was told come back in a week and we will have it guaranteed and we will text you the exact time it gets in. Fast-forward to a week and 4 days, I go in to ask about it and was yelled at that they don't have it and the one week guarantee is only an estimate and I shouldn't come back until I get my text. Bottom line I don't have my necklace for the holiday ( which was 'guaranteed') and was yelled at in front of other customers being told I'm dumb for coming in before the text.

I went to them to have a wedding band and ring stretched. They gave a price at $235 after I found out that others do it for just $35. I called to cancel after hours and left a message. The message was not recieved. I went to pick it up they said "only the band is ready" I took the band tried it on, and it was the same size as when I droped it off. I said "you guys didt do anything" the replied "oh your corrrect, sorry will do it" I said well I would like to cancel and just return ther ring to me. The guiy refuses to return the ring and sais if you want it back you have ot pay in full for the cleaning we did.
