Sushi Nation — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

I just left that place, and my experience was not that pleasant. They need to focus on much better customer service to ensure all their customers are taken care of within their food and experience. I got the Tuna Combo, as I was eating the sushi there was plastic in my food. I believe it's from them cutting the tuna. When I called to express my frustration on my order and the service they then caught an attitude saying they wouldn't be able to give me a refund. The manager hung up on me! When I called back he then started to ask for my order number and all my information to get me a refund. If they came across a more responsible and concerned way, I would definitely order from them again. But they did not care once and decided to hang up on me. I hope they train a little more efficiently on their food they display and 1 on 1 training on customer service skills. Even though they were extremely rude to me with all of that... I hope as a company they get better with staff and food. BTW they didn't give me soy sauce with my order... how do you forget...

I have no idea how this restaurant has 4.7 stars with 160 reviews. There is no way this is real.

The "sweet potato tempura" was not battered. I don't know how you have a non battered tempura. The guy who took my order has no idea what tempura sauce even is. He had to ask the sushi chef who explained it to him and then said they don't have it.

My sushi came out with some weird pink sauce they call "spicy mayo" which looks like it has food coloring in it. Also, the roll fell apart on me. Mediocre flavor at best.

Each dish came in a separate plastic to-go container even though I was dining in. They don't even serve soy sauce dishes, only small to-go cups for soy sauce which aren't large enough to dip sushi in.

They want almost twice the price for basic rolls as any other sushi restaurant I've been to.

I seriously think somebody just likes the idea of sushi and has never been to another sushi restaurant and wanted to open one.

Fantastic sushi ate great prices its great that Sushi Nation offers buy 2 get 1 love that. Its very easy to order I like to do it online its simple easy and ready when you get there. Platters are good for any event or meeting. They have very yummy specialty rolls, I really enjoyed the Sushi Nation Roll the Crazy Tuna Roll and the Sushi Sandwich is something A little different. The classic rolls are also really good like the Avocado Roll or Sweet Potato Tempura. The size of the rolls here are also very generous Next time I come in I want to try some of the General Tso's Sushi I've been meaning to try it...
