I was disappointed, I ordered a milkshake with whipped cream as I watched the attendant put my order in a n opaque paper bag I noticed that there was no whip cream on top I showed this to the young man who gave me the bag and he said there was no more whipped cream I asked him if so why was I charged the extra money for the whip cream and not notified he pointed to a small puddle on top of my drink and said That is whip cream! I went to the cashier and asked not to be charged (as I had prepaid) she gave me a dirty look and when I asked for an apology for almost being cheated she said " hey it wasn't me" I then approached the manager and asked him what would be done he to refused to apologize and only spoke vaguely about how he would talk to the worker who put together my order. He condescendingly called me "tzadik" which is a term of endearment used on children, but since he was not from the community, maybe he did not understand that. Their menu is packed with delicious options, from pastas and paninis to sandwiches, salads, acai bowls, juices, and milkshakes, plus a wide variety of ice creams, including sugar-free choices. The food is undeniably great, and the selection is fantastic.

The reason for four stars instead of five? I waited half an hour for just two simple items while I saw others getting their orders in minutes. I honestly don’t even know where to start, the Ice Cream House in Lakewood is one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel overwhelmed in the best way possible. The variety is insane.
