Worst customer service ever. If I could give this store a -5 stars I would. The store manager Cassandra was overly nasty and disrespectful when dealing with. She has no respect for the military or it’s soldiers. I was treated like second hand trash. We made an agreement and after the fact she completely breached the terms of the agreement and lied. She was extremely rude and not professional at all. She called my phone aggressively and consistently down talking me and my spouse. She took it even further by contacting all surrounding stores trying to tarnish my name. (Thank God I was able to still get what I needed from the local rent-a-center; a store she had contacted as well) I would not recommend anyone ESPECIALLY soldiers renting from this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!! You will certainly regret it ! The manager “big Al” is a total scam artist. Me and my fiancé picked out a bedroom set a entertainment center and living room couches. The 30 minutes before the delivery time he texts and says all we wanted was the bedroom set right ? So I call immediately to ask what he’s talking about and come to find out only 1 of the items we picked out was in the system, and he had a sudden case of amnesia and didn’t remember anything about our interaction although he picked this furniture out with me and my fiancé literally. I was originally working with Tony over the phone and had planned to be at the store at a certain time to get my account set up and I walked in the store was addressed twice from the other store as I guess two stores are sharing one store. Tony looked at me twice a didn’t address me at all, even walked out the store to take a phone call. Kinda frustrating knowing I only had a certain amount of time I could be there as I was on a lunch break. Big Al then swooped in to save the day and had me situated with in 15 minutes max.
