To say I'm in love with Falon is an understatement. Falon and Teri made me the most beautiful ring for my wedding. She listened to my crazy request and was willing to endure my indecisiveness. This incredible woman was so patient. To the time to help me pick out a spectacular stone that fit my vision as well as my budget. She kept me informed during every step of the process. Even allowed me to make changes up until the end. You can definitely tell this is her passion. I can't imagine a better experience during the chaos of planning a wedding. My ring is an Original piece of art. The first unsolicited compliment I got was, "Wow! what amazing bezzel work, your ring is stunning.". That's a huge compliment because the stone is pretty perfect but clearly the craftsmanship is what catches your eye first. So ... I had busted off a prong on my wedding ring and didn’t fancy the idea of losing my diamond- so I brought her in to be examined. Falon was so helpful- she noted that the other tips were pretty worn down (I’ve had it 16 yrs so I wasn’t surprised). She offered options between re-tipping and replacing the head (part that holds the diamond) entirely- she even took the time to bid the work for all 3 options (re-tipping or 2 different style options for the new head/prongs). We discussed pros and cons and once I made my decision she got to work. -I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable pricing was (I had always expected it to be more since she’s a custom jeweler). -Making appointments was super easy!
